The 2025 flu vaccination is now available!

The vaccine is free for those who meet one of the following criteria:

• people aged 65 years and over
• people aged 6 months and over who have a long term medical condition like diabetes, asthma, or a heart condition
• pregnant people
• tamariki (children) aged 4 years and under who have been hospitalised for respiratory illness, or have a history of significant respiratory illness
• people with mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder

If you are outside of this criteria, there will be a charge.

Covid vaccine

The new COVID vaccine, released in January 2025, is also available. You can receive this at the same time you receive your flu vaccine if you want both vaccines. This vaccine is free for those aged 30+. Please note it has to be at least six months since your last COVID infection before you can receive this vaccine.

Bookings

We are pleased to advise this year that you can book online through MyIndici for the flu and/or COVID vaccine. Please ensure if booking for both vaccines, you book two separate appointments consecutively. Please ensure you make the two appointments to avoid disappointment.
