A consultation is a booking to discuss 1 or 2 key items of concern. This ensures that our practitioners are able to give your questions the appropriate focus and attention that is needed, while also helping us support our other patients.
If you have several or more things to discuss, please either book a double appointment at one time, or arrange two or more appointments at separate times.
We understand that the cost of your GP consultations can sometimes be a challenge. If so, please either let your health provider know at the time of the consultation or send us a message via our Contact Us form. We may be able to assist with a payment plan or accessing additional funding support from organisations such as Work and Income New Zealand.
Repeat Prescriptions are subject to the medical opinion of your provider as to whether a prescription without being seen is appropriate. Please see our Prescriptions page for more information.
Fees for myIndici messages are at the discretion of the GP/NP, and apply even if responding to a message from your GP/NP/ Repeat messages may incur additional charges. By default, charges don’t apply if the message is directly related to a recent consultation (within a week), however charges may still apply if significant additional work is required.
Our team will be in touch if your message would be better served by an appointment, either phone or in-person.

The fees on this page are our best endeavour to advise our current prices but may be subject to change. Please confirm any charges prior to booking to prevent surprises.
In most cases we ask that you pay for your consultation at the time of your visit. In some cases we may provide services on account by arrangement with one of our receptionists. In this case we expect that payment is made within 10 days of the service being provided.
We will always do our best to communicate with you before this happens.
We accept cash, cheques, EFTPOS and major credit cards (excluding American Express and Diners Club).
